Click Load Preset and navigate to where you downloaded your preset, then double click it.
If you have used the installer for Microsoft Windows, just double click the preset or open it from your browser's download page Fai click su Carica Preset, poi naviga fino alla cartella dove hai scaricato il preset e fai doppio click su di esso.

It depends on what your project is, but in general you may not sell a preset or anything derived from it, nor take profit from it in any way; the preset must remain free. Relax! As you may have noticed, anyone can upload presets without having to log in or provide identity information. If you think somebody stole your intellectual property making a preset, please contact us, and provide some evidence that it actually is your intellectual property (i.e. a link to your file and the proof that it is older than the one on this site) and it will be removed immediately. If you cannot prove that the file is yours, it will not be removed, so don't bother asking. Calma! Come avrai notato, chiunque può caricare preset senza dover creare un account o fornire informazioni personali. Se credi che qualcuno abbia violato la tua proprietà intellettuale creando un preset, per favore contattaci mandando le prove che dimostrino la violazione (ossia il link al tuo file e le prove che è più vecchio del preset su questo sito) e il preset sarà rimosso immediatamente. Se non hai una prova di alcun tipo, il preset non sarà rimosso, dunque non disturbarti a richiederne la rimozione.
